Finding time to pray is often difficult and even when I do find time, it is very easy for me to become distracted by the busyness around me. I've found that drawing and coloring can be powerful tools to keep me focused and calm while praying and I love to give the doodles to people so they have something tangible to remind them they are being prayed for.

Sometimes when I sit to pray, there is so much on my heart and mind that all I can do is just draw lines, shapes, colors... I think of it like my heart and soul pouring out to the Holy Spirit. God knows what's needed and He hears my heart. :)
